This includes but are not limited to complete janitorial/custodial services, parking lot/decks and side walk cleaning, pressure washing, interior and exterior window washing, carpet and upholstery cleaning, floor cleaning and refinishing, landscaping, mowing/edging/trimming, seasonal planting and pesticide and herbicide treatments. We also maintain your office areas with daily vacuuming, empty trash can and recycling, dusting, mopping, rest rooms, and any common areas. We can change light bulbs, replace all paper products in rest rooms and supply items. We can set up with you a project cleaning schedule for monthly/quarterly/semi-annually/annually services.
